new update coming

Hey guys,

Please expect the following changes after this week's regularly scheduled maintenance period.

1. The default map for Blitzkrieg will be set to "No Way Out 1"

2. HA entrance announcement will no longer be broadcast.

3. Submarine torpedo EXP will be increased by 50%.

4. Additional Scout (Rookie Pilot) classes have been added:

a. Rookie pilot (Lv 25) -> Observer (Lv 50) -> Chief Observer (Lv 80)
b. Even after classing up the scout sailors, the abilities and number of sailors will not be changed.
c. All air (scout class planes) units will be sold automatically (players will receive credits for this). This does not apply towards fighters or bombers.
d. Players with CVs currently in HQ are advised to either remove the ship from HQ or sell it to avoid possible issues. This is just a precaution as we do not expect there to be any problem.
e. Players will be unable to use certain scout aircraft if the player does not class up the respective scout sailor.

Bug Fixes:

1. Invisible map bug in HA has been fixed.
2. Ship FCS bug has been fixed.
- The ship FCS guideline showed wrongly even if it was ready to fire
