Before you start to lvl your crew in medium lvls think about what sailors you have and what base.
AXIS
You know if you go for BB you need 14 sailors (check do you have 11 accurasy/11reload gunners? Is the minimum)
2nd check do you have more than 5 engineers? because 5 are the minimum. Are they base 12?
3rd do you have 3 repairers base 12?
4th BO pot 15?
5th aaw gunners? base 11reload/11aaw (minimum)
6th do you have 1 scout (check if he is base 11 the minimum)
ALLIES
