best stats area as follows: potential: 15
accuracy: 12
reloading: 12
torpedo: 12
aaw: 12
repair: 12 <<<<<<best possible individual base stats while rolling
restore: 12
engine: 12
aircraft: 12
fighter: 12
bomber: 12
depending on the type of sailor your interested in rolling it is important to attemp to roll the following:
bridge operator/ sonar /planesman/ seaman/: 15 potential
acc gunners: 12 acc 11 re
reload gunners: 11 acc 12 reload
repair man: 12 rep 11 restore
restore man: 11 rep 12 restore
aaw: 12 aaw 11 reload
torpedo 12 torp 11 reload
engineer: 12 engine
scout: 12 aircraft
fighter:11 aircraft 12 fighter
bomber: 11 aircraft 12 bomber
