1. New Fleet Policy about teamspeak and foroums .
The first thing that we have decided me and chris5653 to do was to make a big fleet that will be able to participate in fleet and server events . In order to do that we need people that will be able to be in teamspeak while they play their game , and read & post in foroums so we can know what they think on what we are doing. IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE THAT we have desided to activate ALL the rules and the policy of how the fleet works so we can achiele the maximum activity and to make everyone understand that without activity and participation in the events , we cannot do anything. In other words: After the 2nd of May:
a. We ll change teamspeak server because of infleet reasons , and a passworrd will be put active.
b. Accounts that will not be active in foroums for 1 month and so , will be deactivated .
c. Accounts that they are not in the foroums, will be informed to make an account here , so they ll be able to monitor the fleet s .They ll be given 1 week to do that job , and if they dont , i ll be in the sad position to remove them from the fleet (ingame). This is the only solution that we have , so we can make a strong fleet .
2. Sailors , accounts and new players
To play this game you need to have some basic knowlege of what we are talking about and what you need to have , so you will not have any problem with you crews later .
As new BB player you need :
For UK : 5 - 6 (+12 base or elites ) engineers , 4 (+12 base or elites) repairs , 1 scout (+12 recommended or elites) , 2 Gunners (+12 base on accouracy stat, +11 on reload stat or elites) and 1 restore (if you choose to have 5 engineers or elites ).
For US : 5 - 6 (+12 base or elites ) engineers , 4 (+12 base or elites) repairs , 1 scout (+12 recommended or elites) , 2 Gunners (+12 base on accouracy stat, +11 on reload stat or elites) and 1 restore (if you choose to have 5 engineers or elites ).
For KM :5 (+12 base or elites ) engineers , 3 (+12 base or elites) repairs , 1 scout (+12 recommended or elites) , 2 Gunners (+12 base on accouracy stat, +11 on reload stat or elites) 2 A/A gunners ( 11 at reload and 11 at AAW or elite reload gunners ) and 1 restore (if you choose to make a KM sub later ).

For JPN:5 (10/10/12 base or elites ) engineers , 3 (/12/10/10 base or elites) repairs , 1 scout (+12 recommended or elites) , 2 Gunners (+12 base on accouracy stat, +11 on reload stat or elites) 2 A/A gunners and you level them as arm.sailors till 65 lvl and above ( 11 at reload and 11 at AAW or elite reload gunners ) and 1 restore (if you choose to make a KM sub later ).
For USSR:5 (10/10/12 base or elites ) engineers , 3 (/12/10/10 base or elites) repairs , 1 scout (+12 recommended or elites) , 2 Gunners (+12 base on accouracy stat, +11 on reload stat or elites) 2 A/A gunners and you level them as arm.sailors till 65 lvl and above ( 11 at reload and 11 at AAW or elite reload gunners ) and 1 restore (if you choose to make a KM sub later ).
You ll need first of to build your economy , so you ll also need to make a CV crew just for gredits.
For CV you ll need :
For ALL NATIONS CV YOU LL NEED :
8 Fighters +12 or Elites
1 Seaman or (1 is enough but i have 2 )
1 engineer and 2 gunners ( if you dont have of the currect nation)
This configuration is perfect for Harbour Assaults and Fleet Wars . Also if you do this Configuration , you ll be really trouble for enemy BBs and CVs .
Extra Sailors
For KM you need: 3 Dive Bombers (+12 or Elites) . Very good DB
For US you need : 2 Dive Bombers and 2 Torp.Bombers (+12 or elites ) Balanced on both.
For JPN you need: 3-4 Dive bombers (+12 or Elites ) . They have the fastest DB in the game
For UK you need : 2-3 Torp.Bombers (+12 or elites ) . Very good torpedoe Attack
For MN you need : 3-4 Torp.Bombers OR Dive Bombers (+12 or elites ) . Maybe the best in the game .
For USSR you need : 2 Dive Bombers and 2 Torp.Bombers . Not enough info for them.
If you play smart you ll be able to get 20 - 45 k gredits with a CV2 .
This way you ll make a strong economy to your account and you ll not need to ask for gredits or anything like that. You ll also be able to buy prem items for gredits more easily (boost, prem subscription ,expert pack ect) from other players.
For SS you ll need :
FOR ALL SS YOU LL NEED 2 Torpedo sailors (+12 reload stat or elites ) , 3 potential sailors (+15 potential or elites ) and 1 repair , 1 restore , 1 engineer (you dont need those if you have them already for the currect nation).

I Have The crews . Now what ?
Since that you have the crews you need to level them. This is the most pacient part of the game since that it is based in this. You have to have pacience so you can level you sailors and grow them as fast as you can so you can be ready to ejoy it .
BEST WAY TO LEVEL A SAILOR/ACCOUNT UNTIL 65 lvl IS BY A/A ing.
Best nations for A/A
A. KM : best reload time of a/a in game . Desent range ,damage , and best persentage of gain experts .
B. JPN: best range of a/a. Slow reload time, best damage in a/a desent persentage of gain experts.
C. MN: Same as JPN.
D. US : Good Reload short range . Very good persentage of gain experts.
